Our love for fermentation doesn't end with Kombucha! We have long been fans of fermented foods like sauerkraut & kimchi.
We make ours traditionally & loaded with probiotics, raw & unpasteurized with our own kombucha vinegar.
Kimchi is a delicious, traditional Korean fermented vegetable dish that is savoured for its crunchy texture, bold flavors, spicy punch and endless variations that you can make it into. Kimchi is also part of the growing fermented foods movement, gaining popularity for its reputation as a living superfood, chocked full of healthy probiotics, enzymes & raw nutrients.
We believe that our purpose here goes beyond supplying delicious & nutritious fermented foods. Which is why we offer workshops to share the knowledge and passion for creating these gut healing superfoods.
